So basically, My book is about a girl who is involved in a violent attack, and her dad tries to stick up for her. She has relied on her dad for everything and now is the most vital important time in her life. All of the sudden the story takes a turn when she gets accused of commiting a murder. This is very traumatic for the family because slowly but surely, the family is falling apart and they start to realize that right at the end. Can they save this family?
This book really hits home with me and makes me fall in love with this girl. I want her to make another one of these books. Jodi Picoult is a delight to read, she could write one book forever and talk abot Trixie and her journey, and I would be totally intrigued and engrossed in every second with it.

Firefly Lane
This book is about two best friends who go on a life journey together promising all kinds of things. But most of all they promise to stick together through the thick and thin. They love each other no matter what. They go through the hard times of first loves and loves to last. Marriages and children might get in their hectic schedule, but they always find time to be each others best friend. I really admire this book. Although I dont want al of the events to take place in my life, I want a friendship like this. I want a best friend who will at the drop of a hat comeover to my house, and take care of me when im in a wreck. Just like Kate and Tully. I love this book. and I would reccomend this to anyone. Well... maybe any girl. :)

Pattyn Von Slatten is a straight A, nice, mormon child. She is growing up in the wrong house hold though. Her dad is best friends with johnnie (whiskey) and her mom is to busy having kids to acknowledge her existence. -no wait. Scratch that, only when her mom wants her to change diapers or do something for her, does she notice she is alive. Other than that, she doesnt even barely talk to her. Pattyn meets a boy and starts to get intimate with him. Her dad finds out that he isnt mormon, and shoos him away from her. When Pattyn hits a violent rebellious streak, she gets shipped away to her Aunt Jeanettes house. the rest is determined if you read this book. READ IT! you will LOVE IT!!! I really liked this book up until the last couple pages. The ending will really shock you and want yuo to read more of her books. Thats what I did. I can't wait until she releases more. I love this author and this book.
